I'm trying to retrieve multiple recordsets from an MS SQL Server stored procedure. It's a task I perform quite regularly in ASP with ADO. I've tried 3 avenues with PHP 1. The MS SQL functions: When I downloaded PHP the DLL for MS SQL wasn't included. I've been through the Zend site several time and can't seem to find a place to download it from. If anyone has this DLL or knows where it can be downloaded, I would appreciate some help. 2. The ODBC functions in PHP: These functions are great except that I haven't found a way to retrieve multiple recordsets using them. An odbc_next_recordset() function would have solved all of my problems. If anyone has found a way to retrieve multiple recordsets with these functions, I would appreciate some help 3. ADO: I can instantiate the object just fine. I can also view its properties. For some reason, the "open" function won't work. Here is the code I've been using: $Conn = new com("ADODB.Connection") or die('Can't instantiate ADO'); // This is successful. print "ADO Version: ".$Conn-> version.; // This also works. $Conn->Open("myDSN") or die('Can't open the DSN'); This line fails. Again, I'm coming from an ASP background and I'm using basically the same syntax. I've downloaded an example that uses "new com()" to instantiate the MS Word object and it works so I know that the com() function works on my system. The DSN is good. It's one I've connected to many times with ASP and the ADO. Thanks in advance
