Hello,
The bookmarked pdf version of the php manual has been
updated at http://www.php.net/docs.php. The .rtf manual
has also been updated. (Thanks to Derick and Jouni.)
(If anyone has had any luck auto-generating bookmarks
whilst creating a pdf, either with Acrobat, Jade, or
some other tool, please contact me off-list. Thanks.)
Regards
Mike Robinson
