Problems compiling Ingres support on Sparc Solaris

Hi folks, I've only just joined the list, so forgive me if this has been asked before (I couldn't see anything relevant in the list archive). I'm trying to compile php with support for Ingres_II on an UltraSparc 10 running Solaris 2.6. I've followed the instructions in the php manual on the web site, and all goes well up until the time when I run `make' in the apache directory.
