Hello! Recently I'm using libswf library built into apache php module. I had some troubles while running it, but, thanks God, they're gone :) But now I have a problem with fonts, and I don't know how to fix it. Unfortunately, browsing apropriate web sites didn't help :( I'm from Poland - and the problem is that I have to you polish national characters from ISO-8859-2 character set. This includes letters like "ą" "ć" "ę" etc. When i use this characters in swf_definetext(), then program crashes. I tried compiling standalone file, but nothing changed - just "core dumped" instead of "page contained no data". :( Here is backtrace from gdb: Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x00189014 in vfprintf () from /lib/libc.so.6 (gdb) bt #0 0x00189014 in vfprintf () from /lib/libc.so.6 #1 0x00184ab4 in vfprintf () from /lib/libc.so.6 #2 0x0018c5d2 in fprintf () from /lib/libc.so.6 #3 0x0804be0e in ss_0204 () #4 0x0804c1e9 in ss_0098 () #5 0x0804c6e0 in swf_definetext () #6 0x08048dca in trytext () at swftest.c:170 #7 0x08049fa2 in main (argc=1, argv=0xbffffd84) at swftest.c:505 #8 0x0015ee29 in __libc_start_main () from /lib/libc.so.6 I thought, that it might happen because default fonts don't include national characters... so I decided to create new ones from type1 fonts I've got. But here I got another problem: [root@pingwin swf]# ./bin/pstoff testy/a010013l.pfb test.l tol -line type1rd: no /Subrs found What's wrong? The only thing I noticed was that I tried to convert AdobeFont-1.0... Could you help me? I have tried also on some newsgroups, but noone answered :( Greetings, -- Jacek Osiecki joshua@ceti.pl
