I'd come to the same conclusion myself. The problem which I have is that the
server running the php script appends @itsdomain.com to the user name which I
pass. I've tried creating a username that looks like username@itsdomain.com on the
mysql server but this doesn't seem to work (there are no errors reported by MySQL,
I just get the same error message as before.
Any ideas?
