I have a php script that queries an oracle table and returns a list of
results. The problem is the list is too long. What I'd like to do is
create a view, this view would contain the results of the query. Then I
could set up next/previous buttons to move through the results.
Unfortunatly I don't know how to do this and can't find any information on
it. Also, if I can find out how, how can I make sure that when a different
user runs the search script the view created wouldn't overwrite the previous
veiw.
This is way over my head as I'm an Oracle newbie, how would I begin and
where should I start looking for information?
Any information would be appreciated.
The only other option I can think of is to query the entire database
repeatedly for each next page of results, and that doesn't seem acceptable
to me.
Thanks,
