I use frames, php and netscape never had a problem. However there are
discrepencies between HTML 4, netscape and IE, netscape has its own
variables as does IE, but if you stick to pure HTML 4 then U will have no
probs, get a decent HTML reference and it'll tell you all about it. eg

or in the back of the 'professional PHP Programming' book there is a great
reference.
