RE: [PHP-GENERAL] netscape, frames and php

Suggested action that I would take wouild be to test a plain html file page (either from scratch or saving the output) and play around with the html till it works how you expect in both IE and netsacpe (and any other browsers you are choosing to support), then build the php aroud that code to generate it how you want it. If you're having problems getting it to work, post the html to me or list and would be happy to help.
