Use the wraptext (textwrap?) function to wrap your text with "\r\n".
Outlook does this for you automatically. (See your Preferences and look at
an email in your "Sent" box -- compare that with an email you are composing
in an extra-wide window.
As far as HTML-enabled and attachments go (ICK!) use Manuel Lemos' email
class or start reading (a whole lot) about mime-encoding.
