If you are trying to use any header functions, or cookies, or PHP 4
sessions, then a blank line has *MAJOR* significance at the top of a file.
Headers are called headers because they come before the content -- but if
you have a blank line, that *IS* content, and you can't send headers after
content, cuz then they wouldn't be "headers" anymore: Because they couldn't
come before the content then.
