The setting in httpd.conf over-rides, I think...
You see, an ISP may want to limit their clients' for security reasons -- and
not letting you over-ride that is a feature.
Sorry.
Disclaimer: I'm pretty sure this applies to php.ini, so assume it also
applies to httpd.conf...

Subject: [PHP] MySql & PHP Binary Upload
Hi all, I'm using MySql 3.23.27-beta and PHP 4.02 for binary file upload
into database.
I add a MAX_FILE_SIZE hidden field before the file input field and it's
value is more more greater than 2MB and minor than upload_max_filesize in
php.ini conf file.
The problem: I can upload only small files up to 2MB...
Someone knows why?
Tanks Federico
