The site may be checking cookies or something and refusing entrance based on
that or even just on the type of browser (presumably none) that PHP is
claiming to be.
Some sites do this to avoid rude spiders from search engines that will
*HAMMER* their site, ignoring the robot guidelines which require that they
not visit their site too fast/frequently.
