Hi,
I'm resending this - for the first and final time - because this project
is due very soon, and any advice on IMAP (the last step) is appreciated.
I've never undertaken an IMAP authentication before, so I don't know what to
expect just yet.
Perhaps it's obscenely easy, and y'all are laughing at me. :) Either
way, hey, email me or the list... Thanks.
Hi,
Right now I'm running a survey in which we only allow voters to vote
once, and we want to authenticate their username/password against an IMAP
server. Certain users, you see, can log back into the site to view the
stats, others are just told "you already voted" (their username is stored in
the "votetabulations" database).
Does anyone have any good links to code, a tutorial - anything - on PHP
and authenticating via an IMAP server? I have a simple form with two
username/password text boxes...
Any help is appreciated. Email me privately if this question is too
stupid to bother the others. :)
Thanks.

If at first you don't succeed,
call it version 1.0.
