Almost anything can be done inside a Virtual host directive to apply only to
that host.
http://apache.org has to say this somewhere, though I know not
where.
There could be stuff that just doesn't make sense to do that with, or that
won't work for some obscure reason, but it's going to be either obvious or
rare.
