When there is a ton of stuff online. Julie also wrote another book called
"PHP Essentials". It came first before the book you mentioned. It deals with
PHP on a more advanced, yet easy to follow level.
I have some code that will dynamically create a drop down menu from a MySQL
DB if you need it.
