Wild Guess:
Try a SRC= and VALUE= attribute with the path you want...
It's really an HTML question -- so check with the HTML expert sites.

Subject: [PHP] File upload directory navigation
I'm using the file upload stuff here, which is working out fine. But I'm
wondering if there is a way to specify which directory the file open dialog
will go to when the user clicks on the 'Browse' button connected to the FILE
tag. I know this is a dumb idea, because the directory is not guaranteed to
be on the user's computer, but this is a temp, quick-fix hack job.
So, basically, I'm just wondering if, for my <INPUT TYPE = FILE> tag, if
there's a way to click on the BROWSE button and have a certain directory
show up right away instead of navigating to it each time I open the browser.
