What is the value of $title? It has to be a valid email that you put into
From:, and if it isn't, then you are going to get weird things happening.
You also should use \r\n instead of just \n to be RFC-compliant.
Oh yeah: I think the T in Reply-to: is lowercase... Check to be sure.
