This was a huge discussion on this list about 2-3 weeks ago. try
searching the archives. I use http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/ There
was a ZD article comparing ASP/PHP/JSP, PHP seemd to get ragged on the
most, but when it came to the testing, PHPs speed blew them
(especially JSP) out of the water.
