Please let me distribute PHP3 binary on my HP.

Dear sir I am a user of APACHE-1.3.12,PHP-3.0.16 and FreeBSD. I made 1FD-APACHE+PHP3. It can change a PC to a Apache server with PHP3. It allows a PC to boot from 1FD and to use a whole of local disks as the place can has Web contents. It is easy to install it into a PC. I takes less than 15 minites to change a PC to an Apache server. I like you to know that I did not made any change to the source code of PHP-3.0.16. I compiled apache-1.3.12 and PHP3.0.16 and crunch it and made compressed exectable binary and put it into1FD. It works fine, now. My friends like my 1FD-application and asked me to put 1FD-Apache on my HP to be downloaded by everyone. Please let me distribute PHP3.0.16 binary image with Apache-1.3.12 that can work on 1Floppy on my HP as a freeware. Sincerely Y.NISHIMURA P.S.
