ImageCreate Not Creating

I can't get this to work: <? $Image = "/home2/mysite/www/art/C00355.JPG"; // Step 1 - Load in existing image $im = @imagecreatefromjpeg ($Image); PRINT "im = $im <BR>"; ?> I've tried it with and without the @ in front of imagecreatefromjpeg. Without the @ I get an "unsupported or undefined function" error. With the @, the script "breaks down" after the $im = @imagecreatefromjpeg line (when I view the source, all I get is the first 2 lines of HTML).
