Installing on windows2000 server

I was trying to install php-4.0.3 onto a Windows2000 server using
the php-4.0.3p|1-installer. It gets through what seems like most of the
process asking me what type of Web Server I'm using, mail host
configuration... then at the very end complains of a missing file
"MSCOMCTL.OCX".
Any suggestions on where I could find some more information on installing on
Windows2000 ?
I've been able to install PHP3x on Linux and WindowsNT no problems. This is
my first time to try PHP4 on Windows2000
