There is no function in PHP or MySQL (that I know of) to run a command at a particular time each day, but if you write a PHP script to do what you want upon loading, depending on your operating system where PHP is running, it is usually possible to set it up to run the script at a particular time everyday. Hello, I have a MySQL database and I want to make in php a function that will delete automatically some records from a table. For instance, I have a table which has a filed named "Date". I want that in every day, at a certain time, all the records from that table and for which "Date"<=today, to be removed automatically. How can this be made in php?
