Slashdot is carrying a 4.0.0 announcement that does gross injustice to the changes made from 3.x/4.0RCx. It lists today's ChangeLog as the set of changes since the last release!! The text of the announcement follows this message. Does someone from the PHP Group have a real announcement text for Slashdot to put up? Or a concise list of new features? Let's get this ridiculous announcement cleaned up before too many people see it. Thanks, James PHP-4.0.O Released [ Apache ] Posted by Hemos on Monday May 22, @01:55PM from the sig-new-version dept.
