PHP4 IIS Problem

Sir, I am using PHP 4.0 on Winnt 4.0 running IIS 4. I have written to you before about problems ISAPI version creating. I have tried the web address you gave me http://www.php4win.de/ and downloaded their version of PHP 4.0 for win32. But still nothing works. Now I tried to install php 4.0 CGI version. When I request a php file php crashes and Dr. Watson appears and IIS responds by displaying message "CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:". Please tell me what should i do. I am just trying to learn php. I have tried this on every computer on our network. Could you please also tell me where I can find step by step information about installing PHP 4.0 as ISAPI or CGI.
