Dude, in your prior post you said PHP was installed in "c:/php" so why are
you saying it's in the line above that it's in "c:/teste/"???? Change that
line to:
ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/"
Then shutdown and restart. Should work.

Doesn't matter, really. I'd go with #1. But, try the ScriptAlias change
first. If that doesn't fly, then reinstall PHP.
