This is my hugest complaint about using Google Docs. I seem to suffer from lag a lot, despite having a high speed cable connection. Concerns about losing work, losing control, losing access, etc. I don't think I'd like it very much if didn't have the possibility of working on code and text files while I was not connected to a network.
