On my NT4 SP6 box, no ISAPI version of PHP has ever worked reliably. During
testing of 4.0.4 we had reports of the ISAPI version working well on W2K,
but as far as I remember, nothing but negative reports on NT4. Note that
this did not represent a retrograde step. In general the NT4 users had the
same problems with 4.0.3pl1.
