PHP 4 with Apache

Hi,
I am trying to implement php 4.0.4 with apache.1.3.14 with DSO support.
I checked the modules in apache it contains http_core.c and mod_so.c .
and I am giving ./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs
it is not giving any path errors. And then
make
make install
Evertything goes smoothly without giving any errors. BUT when I checked my
httpd.conf file it is not included the line
LoadModule php4_module libexec/libphp4.so
and it is giving download message when I tried to test.php,
What could be the problem.
