laziness vs. readability.... =)
i can read my own code, so i'm usually lazy. for instance.. say i have a
block of html with links and such.. basically html containing a lot of
double quotes and other characters that must be escaped.. i prefer to just
start and stop php in small pieces where needed. but yes.. it is just a
matter of preference.
