There's many listed under header() in manual :
PHP Manual : Header

With some being :
header ("Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT");
header ("Pragma: no-cache");
header ("Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate");
Look at the user comments, they are especially useful here.
