PWS on NT4 is really the same thing as IIS on NT4, but with a few fancy
features missing.
Have you installed PHP as a CGI (php.exe) or as an ISAPI module
(php4isapi.dll).
If the latter, the error is quite common on NT4, although it seems to work
ok on Win2000.
Change to a cgi installation and all should come right.
If you already have a cgi installation, run php.exe -i from the command line
and see if you get any error messages.
