Are you using the ISAPI version of PHP? Don't. It's still buggy and the
reason for this is that PHP is a non-thread system and ISAPI relies heavily
on threads. It will probably be more stable in later versions.
Meanwhile use the CGI version - php.exe. Install it the same way, except
where you now specify the php4isapi.dll, choose the php.exe instead.
