My reading of that page is that $HTTP_POST_FILES is for php4, and
$HTTP_POST_VARS is for php3, which is what rt.com is running. At any
rate, I still have the problem of not getting to foo2.php3 at all when
enctype="multipart/form-data" is present in the form tag.
