| if( !isset( $Address )) $Address = $IP;
How about:
$IP = "127.0.0.1";
$Address = @gethostbyaddr ( $IP ) or $IP;
Or:
$IP = "127.0.0.1";
if ( ! ( $Address = @gethostbyaddr ( $IP ) ) ) $Address = $IP;
