php3.ini question

how can i tell if the php3.ini file is actually being read. i have tried it in a few places and also taken it out and it doesn't seem to make any difference. i have tried it both /etc/httpd/ /usr/local/lib/ i think this is the reason im getting: Warning: Module load failed - duplicate function name - sybase_fetch_row in (null) on line 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: Backstreet Boys or N'Sync?
