I am working on Trying to develop a PHP based site to be hosted by a provider who runs in safe mode. As a result I have turned on safe mode on my development system. I have attempted to fix all the errors I have found. From my understanding of safe mode is that it just holds a site into its root folder. As a result I am now seeing the following error. Can someone explain what the error means and what one would need to do to fix the error. Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 0 is not allowed to access /websites/core/noencrypt/PHP/PHP/prepend.php3 owned by uid 500 in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Failed opening '/websites/core/noencrypt/PHP/PHP/prepend.php3' for inclusion (include_path='/websites/core/PHP:/websites/core/PHP/PHP:/websites/core/ihtml:/websites/core/PHP/corecode') in Unknown on line 0 P.S. I am also Trying to do some of my PHP configurations via the ..htaccess files. These files seem to be working "ok".
