[PHP3] HELP! PHP3 + Apache + iodbc install problem

Dear All, I am using redhat linux 6.1, and would like to install PHP3.0.16, Apache 1.3.12, and iODBC 2.50.3, but when I make the apache 1.3.12, I got the following error: libiodbc.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory but the file is actually existed in /usr/local/iodbc/lib what's wrong is that?
