How exactly does the persistant connection setting in PHP work? If I
allow unlimited number of persistent connections, they never die and
don't seem to be reused. I run phpAds, and constantly the number of
connections overrun.
Am I doing something wrong? How is this feature supposed to be used? Why
is it set up unlimited by default ?
