Use the HTTP_COOKIE_VARS array (see the manual for details). The form
variables are also available via the HTTP_POST_VARS array. [Guess what?
There's also a HTTP_GET_VARS array too :) ]. If you want $foo to be the
cookie variable instead of the form variable you can make a change to the
php.ini file AFAIK.
