Some silly Questions

hi , i have some questions, 1. if i have a cookie variable (foo) and a form (post)variable (foo) and in my script if i use a $foo, i will be able to use only the form variable is displayed. in this case how to refer the cookie variable? 2. Where can i get information about the various options available in php.ini. 3. any documentation with example available for buffer functions in php like ob_end_clean,ob_end_flush, ob_end_contents, etc..
