If you are using Netscape, go into Edit - Preferences - Advanced, and disable cookies. Save that change. Then go back in and re-enable them. There is a side effect, _all_ cookies will be deleted. or Exit Netscape. Find your cookies.txt file, and edit it with your favorite text editor. Be careful if you change the length of stuff, but I've had good luck removing individual cookies by delete line. I am sure there are equivalent operations for IE, but I can't tell you how to do them.
