I get this error when I try to run any php script, the scripts are working,
and it is installed right. Cause It works if I restart apache, but this is
happening atleast once or twice a week.
i'm running final release of php4
HERE IS THE ERROR I GET:
Warning: Failed opening '/export/home/cystic/public_html/index.phtml' for
inclusion (include_path='') in Unknown on line 0
Has anyone ever encountered this?
