GZip Encoding of html files

can someone help me with this, i want to get gzip of html working to try and keep this bandwidth down, after Zeev explained it could be done I realised how handy it is. . . http://outworld.no-ip.com/header.phps http://outworld.no-ip.com/prepend.inc.phps http://outworld.no-ip.com/append.inc.phps what looks to be going wrong is that when it sends the data to the client it isnt sending a gzip header :( when i use netscape and ie to view the page they fail the code, but when i use lynx gzip fails the file . . . i am using PHP 4.0.1 with everything under the sun compiled into it and also zend optimizer enable on optimize level 15. this is sending me nucking futs!
