Yes, the tech support has been slow lately. I'm told they are receiving an unforeseen amount of inquiries with the release of the Freedom line due to the large number of non-Unix savvy users trying to use the new line. I'm also told that they are in the process of beefing up there tech support dept. to handle the additional load. After complaining to my service rep about this he now takes my support inquires and moves them directly into an accelerated queue so we can get quicker responses. I was told the freedom line will not replace the old Vserver lite, pro, merchant line. But your right about the flexibility in the lower end product..... -Brian > -----Original Message----- > From: Richard McLean [mailto:designeffect@one.net.au] > Sent: Wednesday, February 21, 2001 12:48 PM > To: brian@gfx.cncdsl.com > Cc: PHP List > Subject: RE: [PHP] Terrible Hosting Experience > > > At 11:32 AM -0500 21/2/01, Brian V Bonini wrote: > >This is actually a Vservers product.
