Code for sessions.

I'm trying to create a session for a user. what is
wrong with the code below?
<?
session_start();
session_register("name");
session_register("age");
session_register("color");
?>
There's a form askin some stuff and when the user
posts it - the values should be feeded in these above
defined Session Variables. Than i should be able to
fetch them whenever i want from the sessions. how do i
do that?
