I realize you certainly could have the intention of showing the contents of the file without actually using it. However the impression I got was that Rick wants to use the contents of the file in execution for other parts of the script, yet without including it the normal way...correct me if I'm wrong. I definitely agree thought that it could be used to show the file. Rick, what did you intend to use the "raw" included file for? Well, if one wanted to show the actual content of the file, for whatever reason. Say one were building a routine to do a showsource, for instance. That's not what you are doing, is it Rick? -- David Robley | WEBMASTER & Mail List Admin RESEARCH CENTRE FOR INJURY STUDIES | http://www.nisu.flinders.edu.au/ AusEinet | http://auseinet.flinders.edu.au/ Flinders University, ADELAIDE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA -- PHP General Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, e-mail: php-general-unsubscribe@lists.php.net For additional commands, e-mail: php-general-help@lists.php.net To contact the list administrators, e-mail: php-list-admin@lists.php.net
