Shared memory would work, I guess, but I'm not sure just how much data you
can safely cram in there...
I personally would be putting this all in a database, rather than a class,
but maybe that's not an option...
Since your error messages are probably going to be fairly static once
they're defined, you might just want to have a single include file to
define them all...
