Hi Maarten
The variable $HTTP_REFERER is only set, when there *is* a referer page. That
means, if you type an URL directly into the URL line in your browser,
$HTTP_REFERER will be empty. And don't forget: php variables have a prefixed $
sign, also $HTTP_REFERER.

Hi,
on our site http://gardens.samhoud.nl i get the following
error on trying to
insert
http_referer into a db.
"Warning: Undefined variable: HTTP_REFERER in
/www/vhost_samhoud.nl.gardens/htdocs/index.php on line 22"
I put a test.php on http://gardens.samhoud.nl/test.php to look at, and
that
doesn't show the referer listed either..
If it is empty, it should be listed as such, but it's nowhere to be found.
I can define it as empty, or use it earlier on in a ifset(), and then it
works fine, but is this how it should be?
