Since countless users of PHP run websites, and at least some of them become
succesfull, it strikes me that someone out there has had to deal with users
mailing in support requests, suggestions and so on, and dealing with the
problem of knowing who's replied to what, who get's what, history of user
requests, heck even letting a user lookup their trouble ticket online.
Ideally the package would work with email on the users send, send a message
to support@domain.com and voila, it is in the system. Form based works fine
as well. PHP based.
Would be eternally grateful to projects like this out there on the net.
Perhpas some others would be as well.
