PHP v 4 has functions for Output Buffering. Look at http://www.zend.com/phpfunc/o.html
for the ob_* functions.
It should be possible to capture the output to a variable, then loop over it line
by line and output the info using a combination of pdf_show_xy and pdf_continue
This method would work for text, but not for images. For that you'd need to parse
the output for references to images and have a routine that retrieves the image
and places it using the pdf image functions.
